LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Misty and Kasey Noel, both charged with stealing money from New Chapel EMS by charging a combined $700,000 on the company credit card, may not go to trial. In a short hearing Monday afternoon, the special prosecutor said they’re close to reaching a plea deal.
