An animal shelter announced that it has exceeded its capacity after hundreds of animals were taken from an Allentown home last week. The Lehigh Valley Humane Society and Vet Clinic was contacted by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission for a report that a home in the 2300 block of 5th Street was full of animals on Oct. 2.
