(Seguin) – An Austin woman was killed following a vehicle accident on State Highway 123 Bypass near Seguin High School. Lt. Mike McCann of the Seguin Police Department says the accident occurred just before 2 p.m. Saturday in the intersection of the 1300 block of East Cedar Street and the 1100 block of North Highway 123.
