PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) – A person is dead after a fatal crash on Highway 30 early Tuesday morning, according to the Scappoose Fire District.
Officials are investigating the cause of a crash near Slavens Road, prompting a closure for all eastbound lanes as of 8 a.m.
