(WJAR) – Stop & Shop stores in Rhode Island are expected to lower prices on numerous items at its Rhode Island stores, the company announced on Tuesday. In addition to lowering prices to what it said were thousands of items, the supermarket chain says it will be eliminating the paper bag fee it has charged its customers.
