SALT LAKE CITY – A prolific serial burglar who has promised to keep stealing whenever he is released from jail has been arrested, again. Anthony Lee Jack, 45, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on Monday for investigation of burglary, theft and drug possession. Jack was caught allegedly walking around with a duffle bag from a Salt Lake City office building.
