A Rotterdam man is accused of driving under the influence of drugs and crashing in Schoharie County. The crash happened on Saturday, Oct. 5 around 5 p.m. in the area of State Route 10 in Summit. New York State Police said Dustin R. Cole, 30, was driving north, when his vehicle left the road and hit a utility pole.
