Malden man wins $1 million prize in lottery’s ‘777’ game

MALDEN, Mass. (WWLP) – A Malden man is celebrating a major win after claiming a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “777” instant ticket game.

The Malden resident opted for a one-time payment of $650,000 before taxes. With his newfound winnings, he shared plans to remodel his home and make investments.

He purchased the winning ticket at the Shell station located at 1001 Cambridge St. in Cambridge. As a result of the winning sale, the store will also receive a $10,000 bonus.

This win marks another significant payout in the Lottery’s popular “777” instant ticket game.
