BATON ROUGE – Marcus Spears, an Addis man, has been reported missing in two different cities and officials say ‘foul play is suspected’ in his disappearance. Marcus Spears, an employee of the East Baton Rouge School System, was reported missing by his roommate to Addis Police on Oct. 7, 2024. His vehicle has since been found on Avenue K in the Scotlandville area in Baton Rouge with sources confirming to UWK that ‘blood was found inside the vehicle.’
