SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A once-thriving Macy’s could soon help transform the Country Club Plaza in Sacramento’s Arden-Arcade area. Conversations between potential buyer, Tourbineau Real Estate Partners, and the owner of the empty building off of the 3500 block of El Camino Avenue have been taking place. They could move forward, bringing new opportunities for the entire plaza.
