The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department. 24-012729 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – An anonymous citizen reported seeing a heavyset male, unconscious, on the side of the road. He was located at Camp Jordan Parkway and US41 North, attempting to stand. The man appeared highly intoxicated, had slurred speech, unable to stand and was bleeding from the head with a large hematoma over his right eye. He was transported for treatment.
