CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said it is investigating a deadly officer-involved shooting that happened Tuesday afternoon. TBI said preliminary information indicates that members of the U.S. Marshals Service Smokey Mountain Fugitive Task Force were trying to locate a wanted person at an apartment on N. Germantown Road in Chattanooga.
