A father and his son were fishing at a creek over the weekend when their family watched with horror as they each went into the water and never resurfaced. According to WFAA, 26-year-old Fernando Carlos and his 6-year-old son, Noah, were at Mountain Creek Lake with their family when Noah slipped and fell into the water.
