ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The area of N. Mulford and Guilford roads was closed for over two hours following a crash where shots were fired, according to Rockford police. Several law enforcement agencies responded to the scene, including the Rockford Police Department, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and Rockford Park District.
