A major bridge connecting Wilmington’s Southbridge neighborhood into downtown will be closed for two weeks starting in late October. The William Winchester Bridge takes 4th Street over the Christina River, and will be closed from 7 a.m. on Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 8 at 3 p.m. for maintenance.
