A grocery-anchored retail center in Snellville has been sold to a Florida-based real estate investment firm.
JLL Capital Markets has announced the sale of Presidential Commons to Sterling Organization . JLL represented the seller, SITE Centers .
Presidential Commons is located about 30 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta in Snellville’s retail corridor. The 264,271-square-foot shopping center is 89 percent leased, featuring a national tenant lineup. Notable anchors include Kroger , Burlington , Ulta Beauty , Petco , Five Below and Aaron’s , along with a Home Depot shadow anchor.
