(WJAR) – The Massachusetts State Police are set to graduate their 90th recruit training troop on Wednesday. The event will be held at the DCU Center in Worcester at 11 a.m. This comes a week after the new superintendent of the state police, Col. Geoffrey Noble, was sworn in. He’s a native of Rhode Island.
