Early Wednesday morning, a man tragically died after hitting a stray dog while riding his motorcycle on I-30 in Dallas.
The accident happened around 2:45 a.m. near North Westmoreland Road.
After hitting the dog, the man lost control of his motorcycle and crashed.
A second vehicle, a box truck, then struck the motorcyclist following the initial crash.
Both the motorcyclist and the dog were pronounced dead at the scene.
