A 33-year-old man was arrested for his alleged involvement in an IRS scam that cost an elderly Marion County victim thousands of dollars. On Monday, September 30, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy spoke with an elderly male victim from Fort McCoy who advised that another man had scammed him out of $18,000, according to the arrest report.
