The initial inspection disclosed several food safety infractions, primarily related to unsuitable food storage and temperature management.
High-priority infractions included raw animal foods found to be stored incorrectly, which was highlighted as food safety issues. Time/temperature management for safety foods was held at temperatures above the required degrees in cook line grill drawers.
