Cops ID drivers in “reckless” street show, ask for help finding them

Drivers of motorcycles, cars and ATVs have been staging wild demonstrations around New Orleans for the last several years.

They race, spin out and perform stunts while blocking streets and driving dangerously close to gathered crowds.

Detectives say they have identified some of the participants in another incident this past Sunday.

“According to investigators, around 5:00 p.m. on October 6, 2024 a large group of motorcyclists, which included the pictured suspects, were operating motorcycles in the 1400 block of North Claiborne Avenue. They blocked the street and proceeded to operate their vehicles recklessly, which included street racing,” according to a news release.

Investigators want the public’s assistance locating the suspects.  They are wanted for reckless operation of a vehicle.
