Authentic Italian Restaurant and Market Now Open in Scottsdale

If you’ve ever visited a restaurant and wished, after polishing off your plate, you could make that at home, a new Italian restaurant and market opening in the coming days will give you that opportunity. With just about everything used in the kitchen for sale in the market, you can gather authentic Italian ingredients, many of which come directly from the European nation, to help ensure you achieve optimal Italian flavor. So whether you want the meal prepared by visiting the restaurant, or you’d rather whip the dish up on your own, the all-new Scottsdale location has officially opened.

Located at 7704 East Doubletree Ranch Road in Scottsdale, Corso Italia officially opened this past Monday, October 7. With all the pomp and circumstance now out of the way, all that remains is fresh Italian flavor in the form of freshly prepared restaurant meals and everything available in the market.

For the restaurant menu, you can sample appetizers including Gamberi (colossal shrimp house and cocktail sauce), Granchio (jumbo lump crabmeat cocktail), and Ostriche (chilled half-shell cocktail oysters paired with cocktail sauce). Antipasta options include Fritto Misto (calamari, shrimp, spicy marinara, and fire-roasted lemon), Burrata (speck, fire-roasted bell peppers, crumbled pistachio, and extra virgin olive oil), Salsiccia Alla Barese (homemade sweet Italian sausage with broccoli rabe), and Corso Italia (board of assorted Italian meats, cheeses, nuts, bread, and dry fruits).
