damage to the state. Particularly in the Tampa area, where the storm is expected to make landfall later today. Some forecasts and models are predicting storm surges as high as 10 to 15 feet. Forecasted surges like that have obviously called for evacuations all across the state. But there’s one man that’s positioned in the Tampa Harbor that is refusing to budge, and he
goes by the name “Lieutenant Dan.”
