WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – A crash in West Palm Beach late Tuesday night claimed the life of a 33-year-old woman. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) said Vanessa Owens was driving a Buick Verano along Okeechobee Boulevard in the inside lane, approaching Jog Road. At the same time, PBSO said the driver of a 2023 Volvo VNR tractor-trailer was driving along Jog Road, approaching the Okeechobee Boulevard intersection.
