HONOLULU (Island News) — The former Oahu Community Correctional Center prison guard found guilty of killing his mother is set to be sentenced tomorrow. A judge found Anthony Pereira guilty in June for holding his mom against her will at his home in Maili. He shot her multiple times and threatened another woman at gunpoint.
