THORNTON, Colo. (KKTV) – Law enforcement continues to negotiate with a barricaded suspect after the person shot and injured two Thornton police officers. The police department first reported just before 9 a.m. that it had responded to a neighborhood near York Street and East 160th Avenue on reports of gunshots inside a home.
