STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – A Staten Island public high school is the third best public high school in New York state and New York City, according to a new 2025 ranking. Niche, a website dedicated to ranking and reviewing schools across the country, released its list of the best public high schools for 2025. It included nationwide rankings, as well as state and local rankings. The rankings include updated data for more than 93,000 public schools, 30,000 private schools and over 11,000 school districts nationwide. Staten Island Technical High School has ranked as the third best public high school in the New York City and New York state. It is also in the top 15 best public high schools across the country.
