MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A memorial has been set up for Brooke Strattan, the 24-year-old McFarland woman reported missing and later found dead in Madison. The memorial is located on the fence along Monroe Street, near the retention pond where Strattan’s body was discovered by authorities. The memorial features the message “Justice for Brooke” written out across multiple pieces of paper, along with ribbons, candles and photos of Strattan.
