The Schenectady woman accused of dropping her baby down a drainage pipe at General Electric has a new attorney. Persia Nelson appeared briefly Wednesday in Schenectady County Court. Mark Sacco has been assigned as her new attorney because her previous attorney had a conflict, according to the court clerk’s office.
