WOODBURN, Ind. (WPTA) – Monica Kelsey, the founder of Safe Haven Baby Boxes, has been awarded a Sagamore of the Wabash by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. State Representative Dave Heine, on behalf of Governor Holcomb, surprised Kelsey by presenting the Sagamore of the Wabash at the organization’s headquarters in Woodburn on Wednesday.
