CHICAGO – Two migrants from Venezuela, arrested a total of ten times this year, are now accused of burglarizing a restaurant storage shed at Oak Street Beach. Jhoni Montes Alexander, 31, and Oscar Garcia Adrian, 25, were arrested as they walked along the lakefront path with a power washer, toolbox, and bolt cutters, according to a Chicago police report.
