PHOENIX (AZFamily) – An investigation is underway after a teen driver allegedly hit and killed a man who was riding his bike in north Phoenix on Tuesday evening. Just after 7:30 p.m., Phoenix police responded to a bicyclist struck by a car near 32nd Street and Greenway Road. The unidentified victim was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
