(WSMV) – Lucca Giacco grew up a happy, healthy child, that was until two years ago when his mom Kristi Giacco says there was a drastic change. “It felt like overnight where he had tics in his face, tics in his arm. He was having such OCD tendencies, where he was counting things, tapping things. Everything had to be perfect, which was not the personality he had as a child growing up,” Giacco said.
