MADISON – Will an ice fishing assistant made in Menomonee Falls detect another accolade in its future? Does a Random Lake soda company have the fizz to bubble up to the top one final time?
Can a Horicon-made lawn tractor mow down its competitors? Or has the die already been cast for a Green Bay medal maker?
Voters will decide over the next seven days which of the four finalists still in contention will be crowned Coolest Thing Made in Wisconsin for 2024.
Almost 128,000 votes have been cast since mid-September when Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce and Johnson Financial Group announced the more than 130 contenders vying for the honor this year. Now, it’s time for the final, winner-take-all vote to begin at 8 a.m. Thursday on the Coolest Thing website, www.madeinwis.com.
You can vote once per day per device through noon Oct. 17. WMC will announce this year’s winner during its annual Business Day event on Oct. 17 in Madison.
