MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH – A new restaurant has come to the plaza Middleburg Towne Square.

If the answer is yes, you might want to know about the new restaurant Flaming Blue Margaritas, which is located in Middleburg Heights at 18336 Bagley Rd (where Two Bucks used to be). According to the restaurant’s social media account, Flaming Blue officially opened for business this month.
The restaurant’s menu includes starters like street corn, queso, homemade guacamole, quesadilla sampler (which comes with one steak quesadilla, one chicken quesadilla, and sour cream), tuna ceviche, and more.
Furthermore, Flaming Blue offers a variety of tacos (check out the chicken chipotle tacos, which come with grilled chicken, chipotle spices, red cabbage, pico de gallo, and chipotle sauce) and burritos (check out the quesabirria burrito, which is filled with beef brisket that is slow-cooked with smoky chilies, refried beans, Mexican rice, melted cheese, cilantro, and onions). The menu also includes dishes like Ohio steak (which is a ribeye topped with grilled shrimp, onions, and mushrooms, all of which are covered by a layer of melted cheese), seafood chimichangas, fish & chips, and more.
