As Hurricane Milton made its way toward Florida, lashing much of the state with heavy wind and rain, some animals were forced to take cover. One of those animals was a cat, who found itself under the vehicle of Hearst’s Washington D.C. bureau team as they covered the storm in Fort Myers. Someone walked by and told them they could hear meowing underneath the car.
