A shooting on Martin Luther King Junior Drive NW yesterday afternoon resulted in a gunshot injury for a 32-year-old man, who was reportedly attempting to stop an active robbery. According to the Atlanta Police Department, they responded to the incident at approximately 2:56 PM, where they found the victim with a gunshot wound to his left shoulder; he was alert and breathing and was swiftly transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
