BAY MINETTE, Ala. (WALA) – Local crews in Baldwin County are gearing up to head east to continue to help people in Georgia following Hurricane Helene. A bus of crewmen left Thursday morning to relieve the 24 crewmen from Baldwin EMC who left two weeks ago to help restore power in Georgia.
