PORTAGE PARK – It’s Halloween year-round at two longstanding Portage Park costume shops. Fantasy Costumes at 4065 N. Milwaukee Ave. and Chicago Costume Company at 4727 W. Montrose Ave. have supplied Chicagoans with ghoul masks and spooky cloaks for more than four decades. However, as more shoppers turn toward the internet and big-box retailers, the shops have had to get creative.
