GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WKYT) – Police in Scott County say a man tried to kidnap a young girl at a school bus stop. Officers arrested Moises Vergara on Monday afternoon. A 10-year-old girl told police that Vergara followed her from her bus stop to her house on Salinger Drive in Georgetown.
