ERIE TWP., Mich. (WTVG) – A Michigan man walking along Sterns Rd. Wednesday night died after being hit by a motorist. According to the Monroe County Sheriff, Jacob J. Calleja, 42, of East Tawas, Michigan was walking on the edge of the roadway just west of S. Dixie Highway around 7:46 p.m.
