RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – The Blue Heron Bridge was closed to the public on Thursday morning after Riviera Beach officials said a boat impacted the bridge. As Milton brought strong winds, boat owners were asked to secure their boats so they wouldn’t drift and cause damage. However, some people forget or boats break loose due to powerful winds.
