Attorney General: Two more state employees indicted on fraud charges

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – Two more former employees of the South Dakota Department of Revenue are facing fraud charges. Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that Lynne Hunsley was indicted by a grand jury on seven charges that could lead to prison time and thousands of dollars in fines. He says Danielle Degenstein was also indicted. She’s accused of failing to report alleged crimes committed by another employee who has since passed away. The Attorney General says these cases, and others he prosecuted in the past are a call to action.
