A Staten Island couple says their car was stolen on Oct. 8 from their driveway. Hours later, that car was the center of a police chase that left two people injured on the Grand Concourse. Police say they tried to conduct a car stop when a suspect driving a black BMW refused and started driving recklessly, hitting multiple cars.
