One mission to save thousands: Veterans making a difference through ‘Stop Soldier Suicide’

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Two veterans paddled the length of the Mississippi River to spread awareness about veteran suicide and raise money for a cause to prevent it. It started as a hobby of rowing and turned into a mission for relief. After more than a million paddle strokes, Frank Lachinski says his mission is accomplished but the relief effort continues.
