GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Life will never be the same for one family whose loved one died in the days after they were hit and killed by a drugged driver. Family members of Chelsea Anne Belden say there’s been a lot of ups and downs in the 16 months since the 32-year-old mother was fatally struck on the side of the road while assisting another motorist.
