MID-MICHIGAN (WNEM) – TV5 has been keeping track of a Flushing native attending college in Florida who braved the high winds and storms brought on by Hurricane Milton. David Riopelle is glad the storm has moved through. It was an eventful week for him, evacuating from Florida Gulf Coast University to his uncle’s in Estero.
