East Los Angeles — Rail service on the E Line was disrupted this morning following a collision between a vehicle and a train. It was the second time in less than a month that an E Line train collided with a vehicle in East Los Angeles. However, the L.A. County Fire Department said there were no reports of injuries from today’s crash at the junction of Third Street, Woods Avenue and Beverly Boulevard at about 11 am.
