Jeffers Bend Environmental Center is getting into the Halloween spirit, and they’re inviting the community out for ghost stories, campfires and cozy-scary fun. Torchlight Tales returns to Jeffers Bend for the telling of the Bell Witch story-and it will be told by epic story-tellers William Turner and Wayne Goolsby, who are well versed in the story and the history behind it. Charles Turner with Jeffers Bend says it’s a time of great family fun and it all takes place October 19 starting at 6 p.m.
