Harley began 2024-25 on the second pairing with Ilya Lyubushkin, as the Stars look committed to balancing their defensive pairs with left-handed and right-handed shooters. In the playoffs last year, Harley and fellow lefty Miro Heiskanen often worked together on the top pair. The result here is likely less ice time for Harley, though he may also be able to contribute more offense with easier matchups. The 23-year-old was a standout in 2023-24 with 15 goals, 32 assists and 135 blocked shots in 79 regular-season appearances.
